Teriyaki Turkey Burger:

  

  1. 1 pound of ground turkey
  2. One cup of Panko breadcrumbs
  3. One egg
  4. 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  6. One half teaspoon of ground black pepper
  7. 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  8. One fried egg
  9. One avocado

Mix ingredients 1-7 in a large mixing bowl.  Form into quarter pound patties. Grill for seven minutes on each side or until juices run clear.   Before removing from grill brush the top of the burger with extra teriyaki sauce. Top with fried egg and sliced avocado, and serve on your favorite burger bun.
